"Blackthroat seaperch" of bottom trawling is in a condition that the surface scales are wear out however, it is fresh, so it is suited for salt-burning and boiling. About gill net fishing, fish's eyes have turned black due to passed all day and night, the neck is scratched, and if freshness is bad it can not be eaten raw.
